research interests

I am a geodesist and geophysicist using GNSS observations to model surface deformation caused by megathrust earthquakes in South America. My research is based on the study of the co and postseismic deformation produced by the Mw 8.8, 2010 Maule, Chile and the Mw 8.3, 2015 Illapel, Chile earthquakes, as well as their implications for Geodetic Reference Frames precision and long-term stability.
