We are aware that there are some individuals experiencing issues with bounce notifications when receiving emails sent through department mailing lists. At this time, it appears the problem is due to email forwarding, specifically the secondary email providers' spam filters blocking the forwarded emails and sending them bouncing back to the email sender. According to OCIO, at this time there is no specific fix for the issue other than disabling email forwarding and using OSU webmail/Outlook for university emails for the time being.
