2013 Asia-Pacific Space Geodynamics (APSG) Symposium

The international 2013 Asia-Pacific Space Geodynamics Symposium will be held at the Ohio Union building at The Ohio State University from October 14-17.

The symposium brings together organizations including NASA, the International Association of Geodesy and Byrd Polar Research Center.

Distinguished speakers from the OSU School of Earth Sciences Division of Geodetic Sciences include: C.K. Shum, professor and Distinguished University Scholar; Christoplyer Jekeli, professor; Lonnie Thompson, Distinguished University Professor; Michael Bevis, professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar; Frank Schwartz, professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar; Ganming Liu, Motomu Ibaraki, associate professor; and a number of graduate students, graduate supplemental fellows, and post doctoral reserachers. In addition, Ellen Mosley-Thompson, center director and Distinguished Univerity Professor, geography, will be presenting on behalf of Byrd Polar Research Center.
