This year, Orton Hall turns 130! Orton Hall is home to Ohio's first museum, the Orton Geological Museum.

Next year, 2024, will mark the 150th anniversary of the Orton Geological Museum. The Museum was originally located in University Hall (1874) but moved to its permanent home in Orton Hall upon completion of this spectacular – and now historic – building in 1893.
