Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Two-Year Course Schedule

The School of Earth Sciences schedules courses on a two-year cycle, with classes offered every semester, once annually in autumn or spring or every other year in autumn or spring. All courses required for degree programs are offered at least once per academic year. Additional classes are offered periodically in the summer semester based on student demand and instructor availability. The below schedule is subject to change and may vary due to faculty leaves and other circumstances. Students should confirm all offerings with the registrar.
