Congratulations to Zhaozhe (Frank) Chen, recipient of the Presidential Fellowship for final-year PhD students! Advised by Prof Ozeas Costa, Frank’s PhD thesis title is entitled “Investigation of the potential of Artificial Floating Islands (AFIs) for water quality improvement of residential wastewater”. The Presidential Fellowship is the most prestigious award the Graduate School gives to recognize the outstanding scholarly accomplishments and potential of graduate students entering the final phase of their dissertation research or terminal degree project.
