Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. Professor Cook awarded for gas hydrate research

Professor Cook received the Donald W. Davidson Award in July at the 10th International Conference for Gas Hydrates (ICGH) in Singapore. This award recognizes a researcher who has performed groundbreaking research in the field of gas hydrates and is within ten years of receiving a doctorate or is under 40.

Professor Cook’s research focuses on natural gas hydrate in marine sediments all over the world.  She is an author on more than 50 papers on natural gas hydrates.  She just returned from a drilling and coring expedition where gas hydrate samples were recovered in the Gulf of Mexico.
