Description
The Friends of Orton Hall Fund awards funds to Earth Science undergraduate and graduate students in support of degree research work. The Chairperson, on the recommendation of a faculty committee, authorizes distributions from this holding account to graduate and undergraduate students for assistance with thesis and dissertation expenses, travel expenses for fieldwork and meetings, and other various expenses.

All Earth Science graduates and undergraduate students can apply for FOH funding through the "Friend of Orton Hall Award Application" in CarmanCanvas.
