As the Geoscientist Researcher at Battelle Memorial Institute, Dr Barrios has played a pivotal role in advancing groundbreaking projects in energy transition focused in carbon capture and storage (CCUS), geothermal energy, H2, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR). His expertise in reservoir geomechanics and risk modeling has been critical in delivering high-impact solutions that address some of the most pressing challenges in the energy sector today.
Jorge’s academic foundation includes a PhD in Science Management and several advanced certifications, such as a Professional Geoscientist License (PG), Project Management Professional (PMP) , Agile certifications ( PMI -ACP), and Six Sigma Black Belt.
